The aim is to create something of better quality than if you were to do it on your own. In order to achieve that, you really need to understand HOW the other person works and how you can bring the best in them, how you can motivate them because everybody works differently. How are they smart? Don’t give up on them. There is a way the other person’s brain works better and produces better results. When you find that, you find the true power of collaboration and group work. A bit like uncovering a superpower really!

It all comes down to collaboration collaboration collaboration.

A collaboration is earned.

You don’t expect somebody to spend years building their brand to just endorse you or your product without getting something worth it.

The only two ways to earn a collaboration is either by

1.Having the same amount of followers.

2.Offering value worth the their effort.

This of course means you are going to benefit equally.

No one will be mistreating the other.

The recognized value in the 21st century is money.

Offer somebody money worth their effort.

Just go in softly and ask for a collaboration and offer something of value.
