Sometimes we have to train our minds to be strong. Leaving emotions behind isn’t easy but it isn’t impossible. I’m not talking about becoming a rock but just knowing that if something didn’t work out then it wasn’t meant to be and there is no point dwelling on it. To be strong you have to put certain barriers and not get stuck on the past. There is no point going back. You will not make those moments relive. You shouldn’t spend your present on the past. But you should smile when you look back at the beautiful things that happened, at what you want to remember and use it as a driving force for the future. Always look ahead. This can be challenging but if you want it you can train your mind to it. Everything is possible. Give it some time and effort and you will learn to control what you think, control your mind. For we are all the captains of a ship we are tryong to get to know and understand better in order to better control it. So an advice from me to you, focus on the now, focus on you, focus on what you like, what makes you happy and don’t fall into your mind’s trap of trying to make you feel bad. For there is NO REASON ON EARTH you should feel down or a victim or a loser. You are responsible for your acts but you are also reaponsible for your reactions. So, doesn’t matter if life gives you lemons or not, just make lemonade.
